The brief was, to use die-cuts or punches.
As usual the DT came up with some stunning inspirational examples. Here are the rest of the pictures of my card, they are a little dull I'm afraid due to the dismal lighting. All supplies will be listed below.
In retrospect, I think if I did this design again, I would emboss the feathers in a matte embossing powder.

Waltzingmouse - Fine Feathers, stamps & dies
Clearly Besotted - Love die
Incidentals - Cardstock, patterned paper, vellum, embossing powder, embossing folder & bakers twine.

Hi Hazel, Finally made it to HLS and enjoying some marv inspiration. Saw your card and zipped over to say how much I like the way you've used the angle die. Wonderful texture with the embossing on that shape. Those finely etched feathers are so incredibly detailed & pretty. A very soft feeling on this card and such tremendous dimension with all the elements. TFS
