Freshly Made Sketches #184 - Over The Edge

My card today is for Freshly Made Sketches #184 - A Sketch by Kim and Kim would like to see us, "go over the edge" . . . well, I don't know about over the edge, but I think I may have gone 'over the top' too with my foliage on this one, so I'm not so sure it still fits the CAS style?  This is my card

This is Kim's sketch

As you can see, I have substituted flowers and foliage for the tag - but it does say, 'any shape' so I hope it will still count!

Anywho, here are the pictures.  All supplies are listed below the pics.

Lil' Inker - Winter Flower
La-La Land - Berry Flourish
Altenew - Henna Elements
Clearly Besotted - A Little Sentimental

CAS.ology Week #144 - Flight

Today's card

Is for the CAS.ology Week #144 - Flight challenge

http://casology.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/week-144-flight.html

And, yes, I suppose it is a little predictable, but I loved this butterfly and couldn't wait to try it out on a card.  I also wanted to include some vellum on a card, as I love the softness it adds to a design but have always struggled to attach it in a successful way.  All supplies will be listed below.

Supplies used:

Die-Versions - Every Day Compliments
Avery Elle - Dotted Borders
Hero Arts - Stamp & Cuts Butterfly
Incidentals - Watercolour pencils, vellum, Ivory linen cardstock & sequins

As always, thanks for visiting today and for any comments, you are all appreciated and I do try to reciprocate where possible.  Have a lovely day!  Hazel xx

Stampin' Up - Tag
Clearly Besotted - On Your Day stamp set
Incidentals - Black cardstock, white cardstock, various coloured inks, Versafine, Black Onyx ink and black grossgrain ribbon

Freshly Made Sketches #183 & CAS.ology Week 143 - Ombre

Today my mojo got up and left me, so I struggled to think of a design for one of my favourite challenges, Freshly Made Sketches #183 - A Sketch by Linda . . . this was the sketch

I rotated the sketch anticlockwise and ended up with this

Hero Arts - Stencil
Lil' Inker - All About The Ampersand stamp set

Freshly Made Sketches #182 & A Little Thank You

Today my card is for Freshly Made Sketches #182 - A Sketch by Rita  and this is the sketch

http://freshlymadesketches.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/freshly-made-sketches-182.html

I didn't have a patterned paper that I had envisaged for the design I had in my mind, so I designed my own - not a lot of you will know that I designed for my own website that sold digital papers for card makers, which I had to close because I couldn't afford the upkeep any longer . . . and this is where the 'Thank You' in the title of my post comes in.  At the end of the post, apart from the usual supplies list will be four  thumbnails, one for UK A6 papers and one for US A2 papers, for two slightly different patterns, you just click (no need to right-click) on the relevant picture and they should download immediately.

These papers are just variations of colour of the paper I designed for this card today and are sized exactly to UK & US standard card sizes (just print four to a page).  One set is for the card I made here - yellow & white stripes + other colour variations and the second set is slightly different, in that, they are self striped - two shades of the same colour - anywho, this is the card

Supplies used:

White textured cardstock - I've had a while and can't remember what it is exactly
Patterned Paper - My own design, see below
Bazzill - Yellow cardstock
Spellbinders - Floral Flourish die
Lil' Inker - Winter Flower
Paper Smooches - Scripty Sayings
Colorbox - Marigold & Orange pigment inks
Versafine - Black Onyx ink

As always, thank you all so much for visiting and please feel free to download the papers below.  Have a lovely day/evening!  Hazel xx
