An Acetate Window Card

Hello my lovelies!  I am trying to get as much crafting done as I can before we go away, as I will be unable to craft or blog whilst away.  Today's card is an acetate window card, using the Eastern Palace Suite again.

This time I kept the medallion fairly simple and made more use of the DSP included in the suite.  This is my card today.

As you can see, acetate is very difficult to photograph successfully, but I have done what I can. 😉

Thank you so much for your visit today and especially if you have left a comment.  You are all appreciated more than you know!

If you have a question, please be sure I have a way to contact you so I can answer, as a lot of you are 'no-reply' bloggers, so I am unable to reply via e-mail.

  1. What a beautiful card Hazel!!! I love how you have used the acetate, so cool and yes, I can see it! Love the papers you used and that medallion. Sorry I have been MIA, not getting notifications again, so have decided to just go through blogger's dashboard to do my commenting. Plus have been pretty busy. Hugs, Brenda

  3. This is beautiful Hazel and I adore the colour of the dp and the acetate strip in the centre makes the medallion stand out so prettily. Not sure when you are going away but in case I miss the off I hope you have a wonderful time. x

  5. Very classy indeed. That patterned paper looks like peacock feathers. I made an acetate window card once - looked nowhere near as accomplished as this! Xx

  8. Oh, so pretty, Hazel! I think you did a great job photographing that acetate. I can definitely see it. Haven't tried using acetate in that way, but you've inspired me to give it a whirl. I'll just have to find the right piece of acetate. :)

  15. I'll try again and hope my comment won't disappear this time.
Another fabulous card with this suite! The acetate makes the medallion look suspended - very cool!
