Supplies used:

Smooth, white cardstock & flecked navy cardstock (from stash)
Panel cut on electronic cutting machine (file designed by myself)
Stamps - Alte&New, 'Label Love' (fast becoming my all time favourite)
Ink - Versafine - 'Black Onyx' 
Sparkle texture paste.
